Hotel bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your check in date.

Ticketed Events Refund Policy

Ticket refunds for an event at Berry Hill Resort will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the particular event, the time frame for which you request the refund, and other factors.

In the event that we have to cancel the event, you will be refunded.
