Join us for Flow Yoga in the tranquil surroundings of our beautiful resort. This energizing, graceful practice connects breath and movement, helping you feel grounded, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. Led by Susan Stewart, this session is perfect for all experience levels.
Our Flow Yoga sessions are held in the serene setting of our beautiful indoor pool where beauty inspires every pose. You’ll leave feeling balanced in body and mind.
Sessions are $12. This session is open to hotel guests and our community friends. Guests should pay at the hotel front desk before the class
