Weddings at Berry Hill Resort are fully customizable with options listed in our Wedding brochure.

 

What happens if it rains on my wedding day?

If it rains on the wedding day, the ceremony is moved to our indoor space in the Grand Ballroom.

What are the different bar packages Berry Hill Resort offers?

• Cash Bar: Guests will pay per drink on their own.

• Consumption: Berry Hill Resort will invoice the client the next day based on consumption. Invoice will include the total price of all wine, beer, and mixed drinks consumed during the event.

• Open Bar: Clients will pay per adult guest (21+) based on either a Beer and Wine, OR Beer, Wine and Liquor package.

 

Do you require deposits to hold my wedding date?

A deposit of $1,000 is required to hold your Wedding date. A deposit schedule is outlined in the client’s contract.

 

What if I cancel?

Should a wedding be cancelled, all deposits are nonrefundable.

 

Do you provide any type of limo or transportation?

We do have transportation options available on our vendor list.

 

Do you offer bridal hair and makeup services?

This will need to be booked in advance. The Spa at Berry Hill offers wedding party packages for manicures, pedicures, hair, and makeup. Please inquire for details and pricing.

Is Berry Hill Resort a LGBTQ+ friendly wedding venue?

Absolutely! Berry Hill Resort is proud to be a wedding destination for all couples.

 

Is Berry Hill Resort pet friendly?

Yes! We welcome furry family members to Berry Hill Resort. Select guest rooms are available and an additional pet fee is required. All pets must be on a leash.

 

How many hotel rooms does Berry Hill Resort have?

We have 92 Rooms; combination of double bed occupancy and single bed occupancy (Queen). We also have 4 historic suites available.

 

Is Berry Hill Resort Handicap accessible?

Yes! Both Our Hotel and Mansion have ramp and elevator access. ADA rooms are available but must be requested while booking.

 

Does Berry Hill Resort allow outside Food and beverage?

No, except for your Wedding Cake.
